Grandparents Day is the first Sunday after Labor Day! This craftivity is a wonderful thing to have on hand in September when Grandparents Day rolls around. The finished product makes an adorable gift or card to give to grandma and grandpa to let them know you love them.

Make it fun for the kids by hosting a Grandparents Day Luncheon or Party that family members can attend. Set out crafts, drinks, and snacks to welcome loved ones. Let kids present their grandparents with these sweet cards, sing a song, and mingle with other families.

• Colorful Construction Paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Pencils (to add the writing piece)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

• Print the template onto colored cardstock or construction paper.
• Cut out all of the pieces.
• Have students complete the writing portion of the activity.
• Glue the flowers to the stems.
• Glue the flowers onto the back of the pot.
• Add the writing piece to the front, and you’re finished.
